Restore purchases

Open Settings → Restore purchases in the game while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Remove ads

The one-time Remove ads purchase hides interstitial and optional video ads for good. If ads still appear after buying, use Restore purchases and restart the game.

Ad privacy

You can change your ad consent in Settings → Ad privacy. See our Privacy Policy.

Delete your account

In the game: Settings → Account → Delete account, or use the account deletion page.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.

Відновити покупки

У грі відкрийте Налаштування → Відновити покупки, увійшовши під тим самим Apple ID чи акаунтом Google, яким купували.

Вимкнення реклами

Одноразова покупка Вимкнути рекламу назавжди прибирає міжсторінкову й необов'язкову відеорекламу. Якщо реклама лишилась після покупки, відновіть покупки й перезапустіть гру.

Конфіденційність реклами

Згоду на рекламу можна змінити в Налаштування → Конфіденційність реклами. Див. Політику конфіденційності.

Видалити акаунт

У грі: Налаштування → Акаунт → Видалити акаунт, або через сторінку видалення акаунта.

Повернення коштів

Повернення коштів за покупки обробляє Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) або Google Play.
